Residue Wax
What is residue wax?
During paraffin wax production, the dewaxing and deoiling process separates two streams: a wax-rich stream and an extracted-oil stream stored in separate tanks. The wax stream is processed further, while the oil-rich by-product is known as residue wax or foots oil. It is commonly supplied as catalytic cracker feedstock and for other industrial applications.
Packing
At our production centre we have the flexibility to filter and add to the products to cater for customer requirements.
Khavaran Paraffin supplies residue wax (foots oil) in bulk by tank truck or railcar, in 600–1,000 kg jumbo bags, and in new or reconditioned steel drums. Packing can be selected according to product grade and customer requirements.
Quality Control
Khavaran Paraffin Co. guarantees the quality of its residue wax (foots oil). Customers may appoint an independent international inspection company such as SGS to verify product quality and quantity during production and loading. Alternatively, we can arrange this service upon request.
