Information Needed for Technical Review
- Base fluid: water, oil or synthetic, and the complete additive system
- Formation conditions and the specific operational problem
- Temperature, pressure, salinity, pH and solids content
- Required particle-size distribution and mixing equipment, where relevant
- Laboratory test method and acceptance criteria
Products with different names or functions should not be treated as interchangeable. Confirm the product identity and grade against its own technical documentation. A general compatibility statement does not replace testing in the actual formulation.
Samples, Documents and Quality Control
Request a sample, the current grade TDS and the relevant SDS before treatment evaluation. Agree shipment specifications and request a COA for acceptance of the supplied batch. Independent inspection can be discussed before production or loading, subject to agreement.
Packaging and Quotation
Provide the product, grade requirements, order quantity, packaging preference and delivery destination. Confirm container suitability, net weight, loading conditions, availability and delivery timing with sales before finalising the order.
